10.1 Disassembly Procedure for each major P.C.B.

Step 1 & 2 Remove all the screws.

Step 3 Remove all the screws and pull up the cassette lid as the arrow shown.

Step 4 Release the connectors CN307 and CN1303. Remove the cassette lid.

Step 5 Release the connector CN310 and pull out the back cover as the arrow shown.

Step 6 Release the connectors CN804, CN803, CN802 and CN801.

Step 7 Release the connectors CN305, CN304, CN504, CN301.

Step 8 & 9 Release the connectors CN500, CN505 and CN506. Remove all the screws.

Step 10 Release the catches and pull out the front panel as the arrow shown.

Step 11 Remove all the screws and release the connector CN607A.

Steps 12 & 13 Remove all the screws.

Step 14 Remove all the screws and pull up the cover as the arrow shown.

Step 15 Remove all the screws.

Step 16 Reconnect all the connectors back to do the testing.
